Job summary:

As a Valuation Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and professional property valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct property inspections, measurements, and condition assessments.

·       Research market trends and identify comparable properties.

·       Apply suitable valuation methods to determine property values.

·       Prepare accurate valuation reports with supporting documentation.

·       Communicate valuation findings and address client queries.

·       Ensure compliance with valuation standards and maintain records.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related field.

·       3 years of relevant real estate valuation experience.

·       Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.

·       Good understanding of local real estate markets and trends.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
