Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Manager to establish, lead, and oversee the operations of a newly established facility management company. The successful candidate will play a key role in building the business from the ground up, developing and executing strategic and operational plans, driving business development and securing new contracts, and ensuring operational excellence.
The role will have overall responsibility for client relationship management, financial performance, team leadership, service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in facility management, with the ability to drive sustainable business growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee day-to-day facility management operations, ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement business strategies, operational policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and secure new contracts to drive business growth.
- Manage budgets, profitability, cost control, and overall financial performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise operational and administrative teams to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor service delivery and operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive operational, financial, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facility management, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations, statutory requirements, HSE standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in business development, contract acquisition, client relationship management, and operational team leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control, profitability management, and financial planning.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies, drive performance improvement, and achieve business objectives.
- Valid UAE driving license is must.
